SALE OF ENERGYTECH FINLAND OY TO KONWELL GROUP OY AB

Applex advised the sellers in a transaction where Konwell Group Oy Ab acquired the entire share capital of Energytech Finland Oy.

Energytech Finland specializes in the delivery, monitoring, maintenance, and installation of industrial energy systems, while Konwell provides services and product and system solutions for industrial steam and energy gas systems. Following the transaction, the companies will offer their customers the full combined portfolio of products and services. Energytech Finland will continue to operate under its own brand after the acquisition.

Energytech Finland is a company specialized in the import, installation, and maintenance of energy technology systems. In 2024, the company had a turnover of EUR 2,7 million and employed 14 people. Konwell’s turnover in 2024 was approximately EUR 25 million, with 54 employees.
