Kirsi Ikävalko-Lähde

Kirsi has extensive experience in business law. Her particular area of expertise is public procurement, and she has also specialized in insolvency proceedings, construction law and employment law. 

Kirsi heads our public procurement practice and advises clients at various stages of public procurement procedures and in procurement document drafting. She also handles appeals related to public procurement. 

She acts as an estate administrator in bankruptcy estates as well as an administrator and supervisor in enterprise restructuring proceedings. She regularly advises creditors at various stages of bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings. In the field of construction law, Kirsi specializes in real estate and construction matters. In addition, she advises and assists employer-side clients in various employment-related disputes.
