Jukka Tanhuanpää

My practice focuses on corporate transactions (M&A), both domestic and cross-border, international trade and commercial contracts. During my career I have successfully advised clients in more than 150 M&A transactions. With clients representing a broad range of industry and service sectors I have gained comprehensive knowledge and skills in advising companies in their international legal affairs. I am also regularly retained for boardroom advice and act as secretary for board of directors in various companies. I also regularly attend as a speaker at business law seminars and training courses.
