Sale of Milectria Oy and Milectria OÜ to HANZA AB

Applex Attorneys acted as legal advisor to the sellers in a transaction in which HANZA AB acquires Milectria’s contract manufacturing division (defense and industrial segments). The transaction comprises the operations of Milectria Oy and Milectria OÜ in Finland, Estonia, and the United Arab Emirates.

Milectria is a contract manufacturer of electrical systems for military vehicles, weapon systems, and other products designed for demanding environments. Milectria’s rapidly growing defense and industrial business generated approximately EUR 26 million in net sales in 2024 and employs around 300 professionals.

HANZA is a Swedish contract manufacturing company specializing in mechanical engineering and electronics, listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm main list.

The completion of the transaction is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
