Sale of FOUM Oy’s car wash business to Juhlapesu Oy

Applex advised FOUM Oy in the sale of its car wash business to Juhlapesu Oy. The seller FOUM is owned by an alternative investment fund (AIF) Innowash Fund I Ky. The purchaser Juhlapesu is a part of Glimra, a group of car wash companies owned by a Swedish investment company Sequent.
