Millog Oy – The Finnish Defence Forces: Strategic Partnership Agreement

We advised Millog Oy on their negotiations with the Finnish Defence Forces concerning the Strategic Partnership Agreement signed on 16 December 2020.

The total value of the services to be rendered by Millog during the years 2021-2028 will be approximately EUR 1.4 to 1.6 billion. The domestic employment effect of the agreement will be about 10,000 to 11,000 man-years.

Since 2009 Millog has provided support and maintenance services for the Finnish Defence Forces’ systems and material as well as for various other critical systems and material. Millog Group has ca 1,100 employees and an annual turnover exceeding EUR 200 million.
