Applex advised Insta Group Oy in its acquisition of Secrays Oy. The transaction was completed on March 3, 2020.

The purchaser Insta Group is a Finnish expert organization engaged in industrial automation, industrial digitalization, cyber security and defence technology. Insta Group has net sales exceeding EUR 130 million and it employs over 1,000 professionals. Secrays Oy is a company specialized in cyber security, information security and data protection consulting, and it has an annual turnover of ca EUR 1.2 million.
