The purchaser Arnon Oy is a growing supplier of automation, electrification and cloud services having its group companies in Finland, Sweden and Poland. Arnon has net sales of ca EUR 50 million and it employs over 200 professionals.

AB B.O. Park is a Swedish manufacturer of electric automation and pneumatic products, and it has an annual turnover of ca EUR 2.7 million. With the acquisition Arnon strengthens its growth and foothold in Sweden.
