Applex Attorneys is expanding its business

Applex Attorneys Ltd is celebrating its 10-year anniversary by expanding its business and appointing Leo Lagerstam and Mika Miesmäki as partners of the firm.

As a part of the arrangement, a team of four top professionals, including Leo and Mika, will be joining Applex. The other team members will start working at the firm at the beginning of March. The arrangement will strengthen Applex’s position as a leading business law firm in the Tampere region. We further aim at becoming an increasingly significant business law operator on a national level.

Leo Lagerstam will lead the Applex insolvency team moving forward. Leo has been named one of the best insolvency lawyers in Europe in esteemed international rankings several years in a row. In addition to bankruptcy and restructuring, Leo has solid experience of mergers and acquisitions, contract law, and dispute resolution.

Mika Miesmäki will take over the lead of Applex’s employment law team. In addition to employment law, Mika has extensive experience and knowledge of diverse contracts and will be a significant reinforcement to our dispute resolution and construction law teams.
