Leo has a solid several years experience of business law, contract law, and insolvency law in particular. He has acted as the executor of countless bankruptcy estates as well as the administrator and supervisor in many enterprise restructuring processes. Additionally, he has also acted as the administrator in many liquidation proceedings. Leo also offers advice to our customers on employment law and related proceedings. Over the course of his 20-plus-year career as an attorney, Leo has successfully taken care of a number of extremely challenging, wide-scope court proceedings and other dispute resolution processes. Leo has general responsibility of legal matters for several client companies together with our other lawyers.

Leo acts as the lead of our insolvency practice and he has been named one of the best insolvency lawyers in Finland by esteemed international rankings several years in a row.
