ALTEN SA – acquisition of Comiq Group Oy

Applex represented Alte Oy, a subsidiary of ALTEN SA in the acquisition of Comiq Group Oy and its subsidiaries. The purchaser ALTEN SA (listed on Euronext Paris) is a global leader in technology consulting and engineering with over 28,000 employees located in 20 countries. Comiq Group is engaged in software quality assurance, testing and project management services in the ICT management service industry. Comiq Group’s annual turnover is approx. EUR 5,5 million and the group has more than 70 employees.
