Sale of Peltolan Pussi Oy to Fredman Group Oy

Peltolan Pussi is a Finnish pioneer in food packaging, operating since 1952 and recognised in particular for its high-quality paper bags. The company offers a versatile range of paper grades, advanced flexographic printing technology and tailor-made bag structures, enabling it to meet the requirements of even the most demanding customers. Peltolan Pussi’s factory is located in Tampere, and the company employs more than 20 packaging professionals. In 2025, the company generated revenue of EUR 5.7 million.
